Thermolysis process

The 'high-tech' B2W SIRIUS thermolysis systems are designed for a thermolysis process to generate high-quality secondary raw materials from used tires, conveyor belts, excavator chains and other hydrocarbon-containing waste materials in an environmentally friendly, sustainable and economical process.
The principle is based on thermal decomposition through depolymerization. The process takes place in a rotary kiln, where the waste materials are heated and broken down in the absence of oxygen.

The focus in this sustainable process is on renewable energy in the form of a circular economy that targets a waste value chain. The successful implementation of new environmental technologies requires a long-term, stable and profitable business case.
